A new trailer for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Season 4 and Warzone teases two fan favorites. Both the recurring badass Captain Price and the classic Modern Warfare 2 map Scrapyard are seemingly coming to Season 4.
Modern Warfare Season 4 teases Price
The official Twitter account of Call of Duty posted the video seen below. In it, we get some snippets of different story beats we’ve seen in trailers before. We also get some references to the nuke easter egg people were encountering in the closed bunker in Warzone. Activision goes into further detail in this story blogpost.
Lastly and most importantly, at the end of the video we see our old friend Captain Price standing in the Warzone plane. He says his iconic ‘Bravo Six, going dark’ line and appears to get ready to jump straight into Verdansk, the massive Call of Duty: Warzone map everyone is familiar with.
This story is far from over.

Scrapyard teased
Additionally, the end of the video has a very cheeky little teaser hidden in the words ‘Season four’. First spotted by a Twitter user by the name of @xFleXy, the letters seem to have a picture of the iconic MW2 map Scrapyard imprinted on them. It’s hard to tell because they desaturated the image into oblivion. But with the GIF we made, it does seem to line up pretty well with another image of Scrapyard (of Call of Duty: Mobile).
So unless we’re being overtaken by wishful thinking, it’s pretty much a given that Scrapyard is coming to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. As we mentioned before, multiple classic Call of Duty maps have been reportedly in the works for quite a while now.
Additionally, the trailer seems to confirm Captain Price as a playable character. He’sĀ most likely coming to both Modern Warfare and Warzone if we had to guess.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Season 4 is launching June 3rd. We’re assuming Infinity Ward confirms this information before the season actually kicks off. Stay tuned!
